New Year Kimchi!!

So, as a wannabe urban homesteader and someone who just wants to know where my food comes from and its ingredients, I decided to make my own kimchi. Kimchi as you may or may not know sometimes have unsavory ingredients added such as msg or fish products. I favor kimchi that doesn't have either, so I have made a commitment to make my own. New Year, New Beginnings

Happy New Year Everyone!! I can't believe it's already 2011.  It's been a rough 2010 so for this new year, I hope things will just get better for everyone. Part of my "new year" was to start this blog to share a little more. I hate making resolutions but this year, I'm going to try to do things that make me happy.  I think life is too short to do things that you don't like.  I also want to find my creativity again. I think over time and from just the way my life has gone, I lost it somewhere.  So, cheers everyone and best wishes to you and your family in 2011.  I hope this new year will be a happy and more creative one!
