My first seed packets ever!! I'm sick of this winter and want to start planting! After reading tons of urban gardening magazines at ye local B&N, I chose these seeds as my newbie starter set. I'm planning to start the lettuce seed blend indoors first. Maybe my black thumb will finally turn a grayish-green!
Awesome! I love lettuce and radish from seeds because they are so super easy and quick to grow. You'll have a delicious salad in no time. I wonder how your carrots go, I've found they kinda take forrreeevvvvveer...

For some reason, ever since I've wanted to grow my own food, I've always wanted to grow carrots. Don't know why especially since I can't eat them raw do to a slight intolerance. I always have to cook them, but I'm determined to grow them. I'm going to try to grow them in a container. We'll see how it goes. On the package it says 70 days to harvest so if I can get them planted in March, I hope to have carrots by mid-May. Maybe? I'll keep you updated! By the way, my cilantro plant isn't doing so hot. :-(
